With more than a hint of the same financial problems they suffered last year, Krylia Sovetov's line-up is facing a number of line-up challenges as they head to training camp on Monday. Manager Yuriy Gazzaev has seen Roman Shishkin, Ramón, Roman Adamov and Stanislav Ivanov all return to their respective clubs at the end of the loans and further lost Vladislav Ignatyev to Yury Semin's Lokomotiv Moskva, Vladislav Kulik to Kuban Krasnodar be be under new manager Dan Petrescu and striker Jan Koller to AS Cannes so that he can be closer to his family. Adding further to the manager's woe is the announcement, that Czech midfielder Jiří Jarošík has joined La Liga's Real Zaragoza on a free transfer.
Jiří Jarošík, 32, began his professional career for Sparta Praha in 1996, with stops in Slovan Liberec, CSKA Moskva, Chelsea and Birmingham City before returning to Russia in January 2008 as a part of Krylia Sovetov.
The Samaran side begin training camp on 17 January before taking part in La Manga Cup in beautiful Murcia, Spain in February. Haunting Krylia Sovetov is the same financial woes of last year and without any notable solution in sight, Mr. Gazzaev will need to scrounge for available talent, most likely in the loan market, with little to invest.

Spartak Moskva play Krylia Sovetov to 1-1 draw
Spartak Moskva missed a glorious chance to climb within a single point of Rubin Kazan in the chase for the Russian championship as it played Krylia Sovetov to a 1-1 draw at Luzhniki Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Krylia Sovetov defeats Dinamo Moskva 1-0
Dinamo Moskva lost their second straight match falling 1-0 to Krylia Sovetov with the lone goal coming once-again by Czech international Jan Koller. Following the loss of Rubin Kazan to the resurgent Spartak Moskva, the victory leaves the Volga-region side at the top of the table, with an opening for CSKA who face Rostov on Sunday.
After early stages of being unable to take advantage of their attacking dominance Leonid Slutsky's finally took the lead two minutes before the half hour in the most unique fashions. Jan Koller provided Ruslan Adzhindzhal the ball as he surged into the right side of the box who then pulled the ball back and fired it via his right foot but struck Leandro Fernández into the lower abdomen. The ball immediately rebounded to the Czech striker who subsequently fired the ball into the opposite left corner. Following the goal, Dinamo was not short on intensity and were prepared to challenge every ball but time after time they couldn't make the needed touch for the last effort with the match concluding 1-0.

Krylia Sovetov is a team to be reckoned with
Make know mistake about it Krylia Sovetov is a team to be reckoned with in the upcoming Rosgosstrakh Championship of Russia. With the mid-season move to bring Czech international Jan Koller to Krysy and continued growth of Yevgeny Savin, Leonid Slutsky's came within a whisper of squeezing out defending UEFA Cup champions Zenit Saint Petersburg for the Europa League.
Now with camp started in Turkey, Leonid Slutskiy is seeming some very optimistic signs. Mr. Slutsky has been pleased with the general training pattern as well overall competitive spirit. Looking ahead to the upcoming season emerging star, young-gun could Aleksandr Salugin could hold the key for Krylia Sovetov's chance to crashing into the top spot. Of course any mention of Krylia Sovetov would be incomplete without the mention of Andrey Tikhonov. The timeless warrior, most noted for his days as a Spartak Moscow man, is less than two years shy of his fortieth birthday but looking to be a force in driving Krysy forward.
