With great pleasure I would like to welcome you to the new home for Feyenoord. It is a tremendous honour to present to you information on the fighting spirit of the club in its one-hundredth anniversary.It has been a tough start for Gertjan Verbeek with the club sitting twelfth in the table, predominately because of very poor results away from home. However over the last three matches there has been a notable improvement as they disgraced Roda 4-0 on the road, followed that up with a 5-2 victory over FC Utrecht at home and left Enschede this past weekend with a 1-1 draw to Twente. The elixir of veterans Giovanni Van Bronckhorst, Roy Makaay with a youth movement Leroy Fer, Georginio Wijnaldum, Diego Biseswar and Karim El Ahmadi seems to be working as the club is gelling as the issues of the first part of the season hopefully are a thing of the past as the club targets ADO this weekend.
