Ukrainian Premier League week 13

In answer to the question of "can anyone stop Dynamo Kyiv", the answer appears "no" as they swamped Karpaty Lviv 4-0 with Ismaël Bangoura and Ukrainian international Artem Milevsky scoring twice.




Metalurh Zaporizhya defeated Arsenal 2-1 on late heroics as Serhiy Silyuk scored two minutes into added time with a stunning long-range effortto give Kozaky the victory. Olexiy Hodin had leveled the match with twenty-three minutes remaining with a powerful left foot drive from the top of the box after Arsenal had taken the lead four minutes after the start with Denys Oliynyk's goal.






Metalist Kharkiv defeated Chornomorets 2-0 with Marko Dević scoring at the twenty-first minute and again with twenty minutes remaining.

Shakhtar Donetsk geared up for their Champions League match defeating Zorya Luhansk 3-1. However it was Luhansk that opened the scoring with Parid Xhihani finding the net three minutes into the match. Marcelo Moreno scored twenty minutes later to tie it befuor Willian gave Shakhtar at the sixty-ninth minute. Moreno scored once again with ten minutes remaining.

























The showdown of the week between resulted in Vorskla Poltava defeating Metalurh Donetsk 1-0 as Ahmed Yanuzi scored as time ran out.

Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk overcame a tough Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih with Ukrainian international Andriy Vorobei goal with twelve minutes remaining.
