Ricardo Quaresma edges closer to Genoa

Confident that Ricardo Quaresma is set to make the move to the Rossoblù, club president Enrico Preziosi declared on Italian media outlet "Radio Radio" that negotiations for the Portuguese international will be finalized next week:

“I am certain we will conclude negotiations for Quaresma next week."

Of the talented Robert Acquafresca, it appears he is unlikely headed to Genova as Mr. Preziosi said, "I think he will go elsewhere with a team able to guarantee him first team football."

Addressing concerns of Domenico Criscito and Raffaele Palladino, the president assured Genoa supporters that terms will be met with Juventus to seem them return:

“Our intention is to keep (Raffaelle) Palladino and (Domenico) Criscito. We will soon meet with Juventus and I am sure we will reach an agreement.
