Romeo Surdu's two goals leads FC Braşov over Poli Iaşi

Poli Iaşi's relegation concerns grew deeper as they fell 2-0 to FC Braşov. For Răzvan Lucescu's Braşov the victory pulls them closer to their dreams of European football.

Braşov took a quick two goal lead in the first twenty minutes and cruised to the victory. The opening goal came with thirteen minutes on the clock as Romeo Surdu nodded in Mihai Roman's corner to the near post to make it 1-0. Only five minutes later Surdu had the second of his day as he accepted Sabrin Sburlea's provision and drove in from eight metres.
