Kieran Trippier and Andrew Tutte honoured

With all the talk of transfers and massive acquisitions, the backbone of Manchester City, its Academy is often forgotten in the media. And although the club will grow and expand, the development of youth in the region pays rich dividends not merely for the club or the sport but true citizenry as well.

Supporters of the Citizens can take great pride in the selection of Kieran Trippier and Andrew Tutte for the Three Lions U19 squad friendly against Spain on February 10. Both players have been instrumental in the success of the Academy’s campaign and honoured with the selection to Brian Eastick’s squad.
