Vladimir Maminov takes over Lokomotiv Moskva

After a horrendous start to the season in which they have only a single victory in the first six matches Lokomotiv Moskva as relinquished Rashid Rakhimov of his duties and appointed Vladimir Maminov as the caretaker manager.
