Following this Sunday's tremendous victory over l'OM, PSG has been working hard to stay grounded and immediately turn its direction towards Toulouse's visit to Parc des Princes. Alain Casanova's le Téfécé are a very high quality club that have made massive strides from last campaign where they perilously came close to relegation to Ligue 2. They play a very tight defensive style and are unlikely to provide unforced errors. Since settling-in to play after a poor start against Olympique Lyonnais they have continued to frustrate all attacks and will be patient looking for the counter. The are most likely to stack the midfield in a 4-5-1 and rely upon Jérémy Mathieu, André-Pierre Gignac and long-time Stade Rennais man, Étienne Didot in the attack. They will be without Mathieu Berson, who is suspended and Norwegian international Daniel Braaten and Paulo César are doubtful.
Paul Le Guen has a fully fit squad and has given no indication of lineup changes.
I will report on the match as it concludes.
