PSV eases to 3-0 victory over De Graafschap
















After a tough start to the season PSV regained form in a 3-0 victory over De Graafschap at Philips Stadion. Serbian international Danko Lazović lead the charge with a brace with Ibrahim Afellay adding the third.

With a variety of injury concerns, Hubb Stevens juggled the formation and used a 4-4-2 with Danko Lazović and Ibrahim Afellay paired up top. The match start poorly for PSV with De Graafschap narrowly missing on a few opportunities. Fifteen minutes in the match the fans rose as Nordin Amrabat crossed into the box which Danko Lazović deflected into the net. PSV's confidence shot forward noticeably and they threatened to double the score on numerous occasions before the break. While the match went to the break with only the single goal, PSV doubled its lead two minutes after the break with Nordin Amrabat once again setting up Danko Lazović. With eleven minutes left in the match,Ibrahim Afellay played a perfect one-two with Danny Koevermans to take the score to the final 3-0 mark.

With the victory PSV returns to the top of the Eredivisie table before the international break.
